LIMITED WARRANTY
 
1.
If products are defective from manufacturer and are reported to us as defective within 7 days of the purchase date, HotelMart will exchange the defective product with a new product. All products must be in the original package and a sales receipt a shipping receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. After 7 days from the date of purchase, any replaced product or part is warranted only for the remainder of the original product warranty period.
2.
 HotelMart will repair or replace any product that fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period without cost. (Excluding costs that are associated with transportation such as: shipping and handling, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, etc.) This warranty does not cover product failure due to improper storage or use.
3.
 Limited warranty does not cover :
 
3.1
 Physical damage of the product. (Product that is cracked, dropped, etc.)
 
3.2
 Damage caused by fire, lightning, water, or other acts of God or nature, vandalism, accidents, End-User’s neglect or misuse of the product, animals or insects and shipping and delivery of the product.
 
3.3
 Damage cause by misapplication, incorrect installation or external damage; or that has been subject to repair or alteration by the End-User (or a third party) not authorized by HotelMart in writing; repair or alteration not performed by an authorized HotelMart Customer Service Engineer or Agent; improper testing, operation, maintenance, adjustment, or modification of any kind not authorized in writing by HotelMart personnel or performed by an authorized HotelMart Customer Service Engineer or Agent; or use of the product under other than normal operating conditions or in a manner inconsistent with the product’s labels or instructions. This warranty is not valid if the product’s serial numbers have been removed or are illegible .
